I went for a consultation for my first double-eyelid surgery. I wanted a natural-looking line, so I went to consult. The consultation was extremely good. Since it was my first surgery, they recommended a non-incisional method that could be revised if I didn't like the result, though they said incision is more common, they still recommended non-incision. As for the inner corner, they said I could do it or not, but if I did, I should only bring it down a very little. They explained that after buried sutures, if I stop using my forehead to open my eyes, the skin could sag a lot and the line could drop. In that case, they said to have a revision with incision. Since I wanted it natural and in-line, they said it would be fine not to make the double eyelid start from the inner corner, and the doctor himself said that was less 부담 and more comfortable. Other places didn't recommend fat removal, but here they said that if I did ptosis correction, the tissue would be pulled upward and the upper eyelid could stick out a bit, so they recommended fat removal. It didn't feel pushy at all, but in the end they ended up recommending a full package of buried sutures + ptosis correction + fat removal + epicanthoplasty.
