I came in because my facial melasma had gotten darker, looked into PicoSure Key Doctor, and after the consultation I underwent 5 sessions. The doctor was so kind, and I'm sensitive to pain, but with cream anesthesia and cool air while the laser was being fired, the pain was reduced. If they focus too much on one area it hurts, but it seems they spread it out appropriately. After 5 sessions it wasn't perfect, but it improved a lot, and many blemishes disappeared. The melasma also improved a lot, so I'm satisfied. I think repeated treatments afterwards will make it improve a little more.
