Honestly, the waiting was long, there were lots of people, and both the doctor and the staff seemed busy and not especially kind, so none of the star-rating items above are above average. But the amazing thing is that the procedure results are good; I was very satisfied with both semi-permanent eyebrow removal and mole removal. In particular, the eyebrow removal already only had faint traces left, but they were removed really cleanly, and a big mole on my lip was also erased neatly. I think I may need to go one more time for the tiny ones, but I went because someone recommended me, and even though I had no big expectations, it turned out pretty good.
