I made an appointment and arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled time, but they did not call me in even when the appointment time arrived. After waiting for a long time, I asked two desk staff when I could go in, and they said the director was in surgery. They told me to wait in the consultation room, but after waiting there for another long time, the coordinator came in, talked for 10 minutes, and then told me to wait again. In total, I waited more than two hours. Even then, they said the surgery still was not over. A surgery being delayed for more than two hours? Wow.
