He has a very T-type personality, so he doesn't seem overly warm, but he tells you the facts accurately!! Even after surgery, they took photos inside my nose and showed me, explaining both its preoperative condition and how this surgery had been done! The photos looked a little gross at first, but since it was my body being operated on, I liked and trusted them more because I could understand exactly what was happening. The shape of my nose turned out beautifully and naturally, just like in the reviews, so I'm extremely satisfied!!!
