I made a reserved appointment specifically with the lead director, but I was told I’d have to wait a long time because the director was in surgery, and they suggested consulting with another doctor instead. They also added that the lead director’s surgery fee event discount would not apply. I wasn’t planning on using the event price anyway and had booked because I wanted to see the lead director’s portfolio, so I said I’d wait. In the end, I waited an hour and a half and left without even seeing the doctor because I had another hospital appointment next. So frustrating.... If I was going to wait like that, why even make a reservation? They call and text constantly so the consultation won’t be a no-show, but they don’t seem to care about the customer’s time.
