It's a hospital where only the manager is kind... even one star feels wasted. The wait time is 30 to 40 minutes, but I don't think I even saw the doctor for 10 minutes. As soon as I went in, they handed me a line marker and told me to figure out the shape I wanted myself. Why should I be the one to do that? Just from other people's reviews or the booklet there, it looked like they would help draw in everything, in-out or out and so on, but they just marked the same line height two or three times and that was it. Was it because I went alone? I don't expect them to spend dozens of rounds drawing like in other reviews, but at least show some sincerity. Before that, the manager and I started the consultation, but they didn't tell me everything written on the consultation form, didn't ask if I had any questions, and then just told me to wait a moment and walked out. I didn't even know that was the end of the consultation. I was so shocked that when I asked if it was over, they said to make another consultation appointment if I had more questions. I really don't know what you're supposed to trust when deciding on surgery.. If someone is coming in later just for a follow-up, is it okay to do the consultation carelessly? I didn't even know how the canthoplasty would be done or whether it was possible, but what I wanted was lateral lower canthoplasty. Then the manager comes and says they wrote down medial canthoplasty on the consultation sheet, which makes no sense to me. They didn't even talk to me about medial canthoplasty. I don't know what direction they'd change it in or how much they'd change it, so what am I supposed to be looking at to decide? Everyone said they were kind, but it honestly makes me wonder if I went to a completely different hospital. I'm so shocked I can't even find the words.
