As soon as they came in, they cracked a joke to lighten the mood, so I was able to relax a bit and have the consultation. When I showed photos, at first they told me to try drawing the line myself, which caught me off guard, but the line the director redrew for me looked a bit too flashy. Still, overall they looked at me professionally, and I liked that they seemed confident about the surgery.
