They pressured me into putting down a deposit and said they would refund it anytime, but at the front desk they passed me off to the consultation manager. The consultation manager doesn't even answer calls and replies late. They took my card number and expiration date saying they'd cancel it, but in the end they never canceled the card charge. I'm so pissed. If the card company doesn't confirm the cancellation approval by tomorrow, I'm filing a complaint with the Korea Consumer Agency. I had consultations at five other places, and this was the only one that mentioned epicanthoplasty. The doctor was kind though
