The doctor's consultation was good. They explained things in detail and seemed to try hard to make me understand. The consultation manager(?) kept saying weird things when I asked about side effects, like that no one worries about side effects when they do it I mean, it's my face, so can't I worry? I was trying to find out in advance how it might go wrong, what kind of preparation I should do, and be ready for any unexpected situation, and it was the first time I'd seen a manager answer that way when asked about side effects. It wasn't even a procedure with side effects that would be impossible to handle, so I asked without much burden. Anyway, the course after the procedure was good, and the fact that the hospital contacted me after the procedure to check my condition was reassuring. Also, everyone except the consultant was kind.
