One of the consultation managers can seem a little stern, but I think it's because she deals with many patients, and if you see her often, she really looks after you. It's a hospital that always has a lot of patients no matter when you go, but even with the waiting time, it's a place I trust and leave myself to, so I just keep going. I pay a little under 200 for the laser package and care package, and it seems like I use them for 5 to 6 months.
