I went in for consultation about alar reduction, and the doctor strongly told me that my nose was absolutely not the type to have alar reduction done, even saying that any clinic claiming I could have it done on my nose was fake and trying to stop me. He said this as soon as he saw me, so the consultation ended within 10 minutes, and he also told me not to do anything else, so I gave up on surgery.
