I went in nervous because I heard the director was scary, but he was not scary at all and explained everything in detail. He kept asking if I had any more questions. I went to find a safe clinic because my nose had been opened up too many times, and the consultation was mentally reassuring. He said he would try to reuse as much of my existing cartilage as possible. The managers were all kind too!! Total time taken: 1 hour
