I don't know about the staff, but the manager was kind, somewhere between kind and robot-like..? Still, she gave a thorough consultation and explained things with examples from various cases, which helped me understand! I got a consultation with Director Ok, and he measured everything very carefully and also checked my skin quality well. He seemed to be rather firm, though. He was good at making recommendations and choices, which was a plus for indecisive me.
