Dr. Ok Jaejin's consultation was the most professional and detailed among all the places I've visited so far. Because of his experience, he does come across as somewhat authoritative and sometimes speaks quite firmly, so people with a weak disposition might feel it's not a good fit. However, the clinic's way of handling work and the kindness and professionalism of the managers were very lacking. My assigned manager had a somewhat confrontational attitude, and among the eight places I visited, she was the most unfriendly. The lobby was also way too chaotic... There is always a man waiting at the reception desk, and I don't know what he does, but is he in charge of handling problem patients...? He gave off a somewhat intimidating feeling. I originally wanted to make a reservation just based on Dr. Ok Jaejin's experience and surgical skill, but the other factors were so distracting that it's still on my shortlist. There was a review saying that the managers and the clinic system bring down the doctor's standing, and that really seems true. I hope they rethink the fact that, in a plastic surgery clinic, there is something even more important than the doctor, improve the way they operate, and become a better clinic.
