The director is kind and listens well. However, after the director's consultation ended, the manager went over the surgery plan again, and it differed from what the director said, which sharply reduced my trust. (The director said scar improvement was not possible, but the manager said 100% scar improvement was possible.) The manager apparently has been at this clinic for over 10 years, and I got the feeling she was the real power there, and during the consultation she mixed in informal speech here and there, which did not look good. I liked the director, but I did not decide because of the manager. And the cost was unexpectedly extremely high too... the highest among the 4 estimates I got.
