I was disappointed because the director's explanation was too brief. The head nurse was kind, but overall the consultation process felt somewhat rushed. I was concerned that the consultation was done without a CT scan, and diagnosing me after only briefly looking at my nose seemed unprofessional. So I decided to look into other hospitals as well.
