A friend’s double eyelid surgery turned out really well, so I asked about it and went to this clinic. The staff are just polite in the sense that they do their jobs, and that part wasn’t really important anyway. At some places, the consultation manager looks at you first and talks as if they’re already drawing up a preliminary estimate for all kinds of procedures, but here there was none of that. The consultation manager really just did consultations, and I liked that the doctor made all the surgery-related decisions.
