I had a consultation a week ago to remove the septal cartilage.... Maybe I went in with too high expectations, but the consultation felt less friendly than I expected... That said, it wasn't unfriendly, but I don't know much about cosmetic surgery, so when I didn't really understand things, I couldn't express it on the surface, and I got the feeling they were a little frustrated, so I couldn't really ask my questions properly....
