Review

I don't recommend removing the nose for cosmetic purposes and leaving autologous cartilage behind. It might be okay when doing a full removal on a nose with silicone contracture... but aesthetically, it's not great. Sigh, I guess I'll have to look for somewhere else for a full removal later. The shape of my nose is very uneven, right and left.
