I had it done about 3 years ago~ Ulthera is on the expensive side, and even after 500 shots I didn't feel a big effect. On top of that, I suffered for a while from the lip numbness around the mouth that happens in about 10 percent of cases. Since it's such a strong procedure, I guess that's why, but for a while soup and water kept spilling out when I drank them, which was hard.
