I had a consultation for Ultherapy, and honestly it was better than expected. I thought they would just recommend a number of shots and end it there, but they first checked my skin thickness and elasticity, and even explained where along the face line how many shots would be needed for the best effect. They pointed out exactly the cheek fat and jawline sagging I was worried about, and talked realistically about how much improvement would actually be possible, so it didn’t feel exaggerated at all. I asked because there’s a lot of talk about pain with Ultherapy, but they said it was a hospital where sedation anesthesia was possible, so I didn’t need to worry, and the consultation atmosphere was comfortable, so I could ask everything freely. The hospital facilities were clean too, and there was a private space for consultation, so overall I was satisfied.
