I made a reservation, but I ended up waiting over an hour more. I went because it was famous as a removal-specialist hospital. They explained things kindly and consulted with me while showing various photos. If you're planning to go, I think studying a bit on blogs beforehand would make the consultation go more smoothly. The manager was kind too.
