There is a bit of pressure from the manager to make a same-day booking if you want even a little cheaper. The director is kind and gives detailed explanations. If you just look at the director, it's fine, but the hospital facilities are just so-so and the staff aren't that friendly. They have a long career and showed me lots of surgery cases, so I trust them, but I'm not especially drawn to the manager or the staff, so I'm still thinking about surgery. It's not really near the station either, so it's awkward to get to and from.
