I went because they said they would make it slightly round and natural, and it came out natural indeed. However, I don't think a natural-looking nose suited my face. The director was kind and the surgery went well, but the manager and other staff were a bit unfriendly, so that was the only part I was dissatisfied with. I'm usually not the type to care much about that sort of thing either (as long as the surgery goes well, that's all that matters!), but the manager was really terrible. I still remember it..
