The director doesn't recommend excessive procedures, there's no commercial feeling at all, and it seems they proceed with a minimal surgical approach centered on autologous materials. And they explain things in detail. I liked that there was no excessive pressure or commercial feel. The only downside is that you have to walk a bit from the station.
