I went in for a consultation because I wanted removal. They explained it well by showing before-and-after photos, so I understood pretty easily. But they were the type who wouldn’t give a definite answer. They kept saying it could happen or it might not happen, and seemed to leave the choice up to me. Still, they answered everything I asked, and I liked how they listened carefully and took notes on everything one by one during the consultation.
