When I went for the consultation, they explained things professionally and reassured me. It was a consultation about removal, so they said I didn’t need to do it right away and there was no rush. I was really scared before the consultation, but after it I remember calming down a lot. After that consultation, I felt better and didn’t rush into surgery.
