Unlike other hospitals, this place didn’t have a system where you go through a consultation manager first; you could see the director right from the start. I asked about everything I was curious about, asked repeatedly about parts I didn’t understand, and kept pushing about whether there were other methods, and even then they didn’t seem tired or annoyed at all. They gave me a very good consultation and told me clearly what was realistically possible and what wasn’t. They also showed me surgical case photos that matched my case.
