They explained everything in the most detail out of all the places I consulted. I also liked that they explained things by showing actual cases. It was the place where I felt the most at ease while hearing the explanation. They didn't seem to recommend excessive surgery, and said that if I really thought it was uncomfortable and hard to live with, I should have it removed. They explained the method, and said it would end up somewhere between my natural nose and my current nose. They explained everything calmly the whole time.
