I went for a consultation.. Most places have you fill out a medical checklist? first, then talk with the manager and see the director, but I was connected straight to the director, so I was caught off guard lol After I got home from the consultation, I had some questions, and when I asked by email, they answered everything in a way that suited my case. lol Most places connect you with the manager first for a consultation, but the part where the director answered my questions directly by email made me think it would reduce the anxiety before surgery.
