I went in for a nose consultation, and the wait was long. My nose is very low, so they said I’d need 7-8 mm of silicone, but I was also worried it might make it too high. They said they would use donor rib cartilage for the first surgery, so I passed. The post-op photos are all pretty, so I like them, but it’s donor rib cartilage
