4 years ago, I had nose surgery with Director Kim Deok-jung. I wanted a glamorous look, and they said my nasal bridge was already fairly high and the tip was high too, but by my standards I wanted it even higher lol I had osteotomy for a crooked nose and work on the tip as well, but I’m disappointed they didn’t bring the columella down. I should have asked whether they could lower the columella, but I couldn’t ask before going into surgery, so maybe that’s why they didn’t lower it..... Maybe they didn’t lower it because the bridge is high. The shape... I’m 70% satisfied, and since I had rhinitis, breathing is actually harder after surgery. I think it’s because the inside of my nose got narrowed by the osteotomy. And the staff are very rude. Seriously bad
