I went because I wanted to remove the silicone. Honestly, I did want to remove the septal cartilage at the tip too, but since I originally had a bulbous nose and was worried about whether the shape would still look okay after removing the silicone, I was conflicted. The doctor’s conclusion was that keeping the septal cartilage would be better for the shape. The surgery would be closed. Surgery time: 1-2 hours / sedation anesthesia is optional. Cost: 2.6 million KRW plus 10% VAT, and if a different implant is used during surgery, there is an additional charge of 300,000 KRW. I consulted other clinics too, but for my case this was on the expensive side.
