I visited for a consultation about complete nose implant removal. Even though I don't have an implant, I felt a severe foreign-body sensation, so I said I wanted everything removed. They said they would remove it all first, and if an unexpected situation came up, they would decide how to proceed with the surgery then. The doctor looked a little tired, but answered all the questions I asked.
