I didn't meet the consultation manager at all and went straight to consult with the director. And I really liked that the director answered everything kindly and step by step. He even kept asking if I had any more questions until the end. But he said he would shave down the dorsal hump and match the height there, so I was a little worried about that part. (Because it could end up lower..) Still, it seemed like he prioritized safety, so I felt reassured. In particular, when I had questions, he even gave me an email address so I could contact him directly. At other clinics, they told me to ask through SNS (Kakao chat), and I understand that it's usually the consultation manager who answers. But here, it felt like the director personally handled everything from start to finish. The outside of the building may look a little old, but the inside was extremely neat and clean. And among the places I consulted, this was the only one that said they do surgery with a closed approach.
