The consultation manager explained the necessary procedures very well, pointing out exactly what I needed, and said clearly what was excessive or unnecessary. Since it was Botox, the doctor only came in briefly and left, so I don’t have much memory of that, but the staff in the procedure room were kind, and the Botox effect was good.
