I didn't really feel much professionalism from the consultation manager. Still, it did seem like they were trying their best to answer everything I asked. The staff were okay overall, and the male assistant? nurse? who disinfected for me and the director were kind, and they did the procedure well, so right after it was done I could see that my jawline had changed.
