The muscle tightening went well, but the jowls weren't removed enough, so I had them removed during the mini lift. There was a mark left from the jowl pocket? where the fat had been removed, and it had clumped near the mouth area like scar tissue. When the first surgery was finished, people around me praised it a lot and said it turned out well. They definitely seem good at double chin surgery.
