As soon as the consultation manager saw me, they said there was nothing to reduce. I appreciated that they told me in advance that there was nothing to reduce in that area. At other hospitals they said my philtrum was on the long side, but here they seem to say no quite firmly if they think the surgery won’t have any effect.
