My nose isn't made of Lego; it's not like they're removing everything and attaching something else, but with tax included, the first surgery comes to around 7.2 million to 7.4 million won... My friends say with that opportunity cost I could get it done more cheaply and even do orthodontic treatment or other things too, so if I were rich, I'd probably have the surgery here without hesitation.
