When I asked whether it could be removed, they recommended the other side instead. To pay 10,000 won for a consultation, it was basically either: just leave it as is, or raise the improvement method higher, but neither was fully met... For the original problem, there wasn't really any clear solution. I had expected a removal specialist, so I was a little disappointed
