I went for a consultation because I wanted the tip removal and improvement for my pinched nose. But they said the pinched part couldn't be improved, so they didn't recommend surgery. It seems they don't suggest it if it won't be effective... Still, since it's on the cheaper side, I'm thinking about at least getting the removal done, but I'm not sure... I should probably look around more places.
