I think the director is conscientious and doesn't recommend unnecessary things. It got to the point where I wished they would step in a bit more and suggest a direction... They looked very tired, and their tone and expression seemed a bit bothered, so I was surprised. But after reading the reviews here, I guess that's just their personality. They had absolutely no smile on their face... It didn't feel comfortable or friendly, but objectively it seems like they would do a good surgery. A bit like a university hospital professor... I think they would handle it responsibly and well. The staff were fine, and because appointment times were well managed, it wasn't crowded, which was nice.
