They said I could use my arms freely and that the pain would be less, so I had the surgery, but I was a bit sore. Still, compared to my friend who had surgery at another hospital and said she experienced hell, my pain was only like being poked and pressed hard! The director didn’t feel particularly kind, but had a style of saying exactly what was right and what wasn’t. There were zero excessive recommendations, and they only focused on the parts that actually needed to be done. I had seen reviews saying they care a lot about safety, and after actually going for the consultation and having the surgery, I really did feel they cared a lot about safety.
