This was the first clinic I went to last week to scout around..! I went with a friend, said we had made a reservation, finished registration, and waited, and because we were both super tense, neither of us said a word I consulted with the manager and the director, and they both spoke very gently. They explained in detail what needed to go into the nose and how high it should be~ I'd done a lot of research online before going, and sometimes when I saw reviews about rude managers, I felt bad just reading them, but here there was none of that at all.
