I went because I had a hump on my nose and a hooked nose, and I was glad they pointed out only the parts that were actually necessary. I also got a recommendation for fat grafting, and since my facial shape has a hollowed front cheek area and forehead, it was a recommendation I could somewhat understand. At another clinic, they also recommended osteotomy, but here they said osteotomy was not advisable. They also took a really long time with the consultation and examined things in detail, which I liked.
