I thought it was amazing how the director pinpointed exactly the parts that needed work. They even wake you up during surgery so you can check the shape, which was a fresh shock. I was planning to do it without an implant, but they said they would use silicone, so I went somewhere else for now. Still, if I had been planning to have my nose done with silicone, I think this place would have been good too.
