They explain things well when I ask questions, but that’s about it! Rather than giving clear answers, I felt like they were trying to avoid giving a definite result by talking about what could happen in this case or that case. I wondered why there were so many consultations but no surgery reviews, but after the consultation I think I vaguely understood why. I got tired of them repeating the same answer 3 or 4 times, word for word. The consultation manager had presence too, but I got the feeling they were subtly making people out to be weird and leaving a bad impression, so I definitely would not get surgery here.
