I had the tip of my nose removed 4 years ago. It was natural for about a year or two, so I was satisfied, but the tip of my nose has gradually become blunt and spread out. As time goes on, it feels like my nose is becoming bulky. I’d recommend it if you want something natural and are sick of the foreign-body feeling, but the director doesn’t seem to have much aesthetic sense.
